OK, perhaps I was a bit harsh for the last review. I was frustrated about the parking situation and a lot still needs to be fixed. There are many guests who come in at night who park in handicap spots who don't have placards. I am handicapped and as a result, I had to get a tandem parking spot to make sure I get parking. When someone parks in my new spot, Hasan does his best to make sure those cars are cited and towed. Thanks Hasan! The rest of the staff are great as well. Edmond, Sunny, and Jessie have also been helpful throughout my stay at The Vermont. They have been responsive to my concerns over the last few years of living at The Vermont. The building is undergoing many new renovations and I look forward to seeing the final outcome, especially the new pool area and podcast center. The newly renovated gym has everything you need for a fitness center as well. I think once the parking situation is fixed, 5 stars is in order!

I have lived here for about a year now and I absolutely love it! The Vermont is in a great location and there's shopping and restaurants close by. The only issues I've had here are just a part of regular city life. They're also currently renovating the property and some of the amenities have been closed, but Jessie in the leasing office has been very helpful, informative and understanding through the process so far! From the moment I rented here, Jessie helped pick the right unit for me with the perfect view. Thank you Jessie for putting up with my million questions!
